Opening General Session • The Path To Becoming A Leader Worth Following

Speaker: Duane Cummings, CEO Leadercast/CEO & Founder The Sensational Group LLC.

Take a second and think about this---at any one time there are thousands of books in print on leadership... you can even get a college degree in the subject. And yet organizations, groups, and even families around the planet are begging for better leaders. You'd think with all of the knowledge and wisdom we've accumulated over the last few thousand years, our world would be filled with Leaders Worth Following...unfortunately that's not the case. But we can change that. With a slight shift in thinking and some new habits, you'll no longer need a title or position for others to voluntarily follow you.

Vendor Showcase

An intimate event of professionals, the Vendor Showcase gives you the chance to discover solutions to your community's challenges. This is your opportunity to learn about products and services that can help your organization grow. So, join us for lunch in the Showcase & make your way around the exhibit booths for a chance to chat with our sponsors & exhibitors.

Closing General Session • Your Employees Have Quit—They Just Haven’t Left!

Speaker: Rich Schlentz, EXTRAordinary!, Inc.

This fun, energetic and interactive session focuses on fundamental principles that successful organizations apply in order to create and foster employee engagement.

Employee engagement is creating a culture where employees are intellectually and emotionally tied to the company vision. Engaged team members are loyal, committed, creative, and innovative. They are more productive than their disengaged counterparts and deliver high-level customer service while positively impacting the bottom-line. Together we will develop action steps-both on an organizational and individual leader level-for how to create a more engaging work culture
